After completing service, our technician takes a photo of your securely closed gate. This image is automatically sent to you via email or text message, confirming that your pets are safely contained before we leave your property.

What if I have an aggressive dog?

For everyone's safety, we require aggressive dogs to be secured indoors during our service. If your dog shows signs of aggression, we'll contact you to reschedule when they can be properly contained. This policy ensures the safety of both our team and your pets.

How is waste disposed of?

All waste is double-bagged for hygiene. Depending on local regulations and your preference, we either place it in your outdoor trash can or transport it for proper disposal. We follow all Arizona waste management regulations.
